Fun Halloween Activities
“I had a great time camping here, especially during the Halloween celebration! The staff organized a candy handing out event for the kids, which was super fun. Seeing parents and children dress up added to the festive atmosphere. My kids made some wonderful new friends and enjoyed riding their bikes around the area. It created a great sense of community!” view full review

This campground offers a quiet and friendly atmosphere, making it a nice spot for campers, especially if you have a boat. While the amenities like the renovated store and game room were a pleasant surprise, the overall condition of some sites leaves much to be desired. Issues like tree maintenance and road grading, along with a lack of trash service, detract from the overall experience.
The sites were quite narrow, but generally clean and well-maintained.
The team was incredibly nice and accommodating during our stay.
It's conveniently located near a boat launch, perfect for those wanting to fish or enjoy water activities.
There was typically a food truck with a good selection of tasty options right in front of the store.
The renovated store and game room were enjoyable, but the campground could benefit from better maintenance.

We had a challenging start to our stay due to site issues, including boats parked on our assigned campsite, which was quite frustrating. However, after some persistence with the staff, we ended up in a workable site. The location seems to cater more to boaters, and there were a few nice permanent residents who helped us out. Overall, the park has great potential, but enforcement of rules needs improvement.
The campsites were a bit cramped and difficult to access due to obstructions like light poles and parked boats.
The staff was generally helpful once we were able to communicate our difficulties, but initial response was lacking.
The park is mainly designed for folks who enjoy boating, with scenic views of the water.
The facilities could use better upkeep; speed bumps were excessively high and could deter safe driving.

My experience at the resort spa was a mixed bag. The location is beautiful and the ambiance is serene, perfect for relaxation. However, the check-in process was frustrating, and the lack of attention to detail really hindered the experience. While there were nice amenities, the service left something to be desired.
The rooms were spacious and modern, making for a comfortable stay overall.
I found the service to be lacking; it took too long to get assistance and some requests were overlooked.
The resort is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, which is perfect for unwinding.
The dining options were average, and the breakfast selection could use more variety.
The amenities were satisfactory, with a decent pool and relaxing spa, although they could improve on cleanliness.

I had a mixed experience at this campground. The area is beautiful, and we enjoyed being able to bring our boat. However, the facilities were in disrepair and quite disappointing. The cabins lacked basic amenities that made our stay less comfortable than expected.
We stayed in a duplex whose amenities were minimal. It was disappointing to find no pillows and inadequate bedding for the cooler weather. The shower was also problematic, with only a short burst of warm water available.
Jacob at the check-in was polite and helpful, but overall, there was a sense of lack of enthusiasm from the staff.
The location by the water was beautiful, which helped offset some of the issues we faced.
The general upkeep of the campground left much to be desired, and many amenities were in disrepair.

This campground offers a fantastic location and the online check-in process was incredibly convenient. The bathrooms are large, warm, and impressively clean, which made my stay comfortable. However, the campsites are way too close together and some are not suitable for larger campers, plus the noise at night from golf carts was a bit disruptive. Mud was also an issue during my stay, which detracted from the experience.
The restrooms and showers were huge, warm, and very clean, with great water pressure.
The online check-in was smooth, and they brought the check-in packet directly to our truck, making it very easy.
The campground's location was great, but some campsites need upgrades to better accommodate larger campers.
While the common areas were well-stocked and clean, the picnic tables were old and rotting, and the lack of fire rings was disappointing.
